Macroeconomic Trends
Adoption of GTM Tech is still growing.
In fact, from 2022 to 2023, the adoption of Go-to-Market technology increased 10% on average across categories. Increases range from a slight 2% increase for Leadership & Management technology on the low-end to a healthy 42% increase for RevOps tech on the high-end.
However, the average growth rate was 38% for the previous six years. So although 10% is decent, it’s going to feel like the bottom is falling out for Go-to-Market leaders who are used to almost 40% annual growth.
In the chart above, check out the adoption of technology in the Customer Time to Value and Expansion pillars: they grew on average 79% annually in the prior six years, but only grew 19% since 2022.

More than 100 companies were submitted for consideration. Our analysts chose 50 in the report, with a spotlight on 15 companies that had a particularly unique and potentially impactful solution. Research was conducted from May-August, 2023.
